10.4. Hydraulic tubes and hoses

GENERAL INFORMATION

Prevention

On models from ABS disconnect the accumulator before the work beginning to prevent air hit in the ABS module.


Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. For reduction of losses of brake liquid remove a cap of a tank of brake liquid and tightly close a mouth a polyethylene film or press the corresponding brake hoses.
2. At removal of a flexible hose turn off a nut of connection and remove a hose from fastenings.
3. For removal of a brake tube, turn off nuts of connections on the ends of a tube and get a tube from fastenings.
4. At installation do not tighten a nut of connections too strongly.
5. At connection of hoses to supports use new copper washers and tighten bolts of connections of a banjo till the demanded moment of an inhaling.
6. Check, that hoses and tubes were laid correctly and not overwound or pressed.
