Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. The vacuum pump is established on the left side in a back part of the block of cylinders. |
2. Disconnect a vacuum hose from the pump. |
3. Will twist a fixing bolt and remove a fixing clip of the pump. |
4. Remove the pump from the block of cylinders and remove a sealing ring. |

Installation

Installation is carried out upside-down removals. Check, that at installation the groove on a conducted gear wheel of the pump (shooter) was correctly combined with a leading gear wheel. |

5-CYLINDER ENGINES
Removal

1. The vacuum pump is established on the left side of a head of the block of cylinders. |
2. Disconnect a vacuum hose from the pump. |

3. Turn off fixing nuts. |
|
4. Remove the pump and a pusher. |
|
5. Remove a sealing ring. |
|
Installation Installation is carried out upside-down removals. Check and repair
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. By means of a vacuum manometer check, that the depression created by the pump, made at least 500 mm of a mercury column. |
2. If the pump is faulty, it is necessary to replace it. |
