Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Squeeze out a brake pedal several times and start the engine. The pedal should fall a little. Let's to the engine work some minutes and muffle it. Press a brake pedal, it should have normal rigidity. After several pressing the pedal should become much more rigid.
2. If the vacuum amplifier does not work how was described above, check the vacuum valve and if it is necessary the vacuum pump.
3. If the vacuum valve and the pump as it should be, replace the vacuum amplifier.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the main brake cylinder.
2. Disconnect a vacuum hose.
3. Disconnect a pusher of the vacuum amplifier from a brake pedal.
4. Turn off fixing nuts and remove the vacuum amplifier.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Before installation check, that the distance from the opening center in a pusher fork to a surface of the amplifier was 230±0,5 mm ("and"). Tighten up a pusher fork if it is necessary.
2. Installation is carried out upside-down removals.
