GENERAL INFORMATION

Prevention

On models from ABS disconnect the accumulator before the work beginning to prevent air hit in the ABS module.

Check

THE MODELS WHICH HAVE NOT BEEN EQUIPPED WITH SYSTEM OF AUTOMATIC ADJUSTMENT OF HEIGHT OF THE BACK SUSPENSION BRACKET

The valve is established on a back axis and determines degree of load of back wheels by height of a back suspension bracket (the arrow specified the valve lever). If the valve is faulty, it is necessary to replace it. If it is necessary, adjust the valve as it is described in installation.

MODELS WITH AUTOMATIC SYSTEM OF ADJUSTMENT OF HEIGHT OF THE BACK SUSPENSION BRACKET

The valve is integrated into system of adjustment of height of a back suspension bracket and determines load of back wheels by pressure in adjustment system. The valve is not subject to repair or adjustment. If the valve is faulty, it is necessary to replace it.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. For reduction of losses of brake liquid remove a cap of a tank of brake liquid and tightly close a mouth a polyethylene film.

2. Disconnect a spring from the valve lever if it is necessary.

3. Mark brake tubes and disconnect them from the valve.

4. Turn off fixing bolts and remove the valve.

Installation

The valve of adjustment of pressure in a contour of back brakes

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Installation is carried out upside-down removals.

2. On the models which have not been equipped with system of automatic adjustment of height of a back suspension bracket, after pumping of brake system adjust the valve of adjustment of pressure as follows. Lift a back part of the car and establish it on support. Weaken a nut of a fixing bolt of a spring and insert a drill in diameter of 7 mm between a spring and fastening. Check, that the lever of the valve was taken away up to the end forward, then establish a fixing bolt of a spring so that the spring did not sag, but also did not pull the lever the valve. Tighten a nut of a fixing bolt till the demanded moment of an inhaling and clean a drill.
