SENSOR OF PROVISION OF THE PEDAL OF THE ACCELERATOR

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the furnish panel.

2. Disconnect a rope, a returnable spring and remove a pedal from an arm.

3. Turn off fixing bolts and remove the sensor.

Installation

Installation is carried out upside-down removals.

THE SENSOR OF TEMPERATURE OF COOLING LIQUID

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Merge a part of cooling liquid from the engine.

2. Disconnect the socket of connection and unscrew the sensor.

Installation

Installation is carried out upside-down removals.

SENSOR OF SPEED OF ROTATION OF THE CRANKED SHAFT

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect the connection socket.
	2. Turn off fixing screws and remove the sensor from the block of cylinders (AAT engine).

Installation

Installation is carried out upside-down removals.

LOCKING VALVE

Removal

	1. Turn off a fixing nut and disconnect a wire.
2. Unscrew the valve and remove a sealing ring.

Installation

Installation is carried out upside-down removals.

VALVE OF SYSTEM OF START OF THE ENGINE

Removal

1. Turn off the fixing screw and remove the valve from the injecting pump.

2. Remove sealing rings and the filter. Disconnect the connection socket.

Installation

Installation is carried out upside-down removals.

ADJUSTMENT VALVE PRESSURE (ENGINES 1Z AND AHU)

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect the air branch pipes disturbing to removal.
	2. Disconnect the connection socket.
	3. Disconnect vacuum hoses, having marked them before removal.
	4. Turn off fixing nuts and remove the valve.

Installation

Installation is carried out upside-down removals.

THE SENSOR OF TEMPERATURE OF ARRIVING AIR (ENGINE АВР)

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect the connection socket.

2. Remove a fixing clip and remove the sensor.

Installation

Installation is carried out upside-down removals.

THE SENSOR OF THE STREAM OF AIR (EXCEPT AAS ENGINES)

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

	1. Disconnect a plastic casing from an inlet branch pipe and an intermediate branch pipe.
	2. Disconnect an air hose from the sensor of a stream of air.
	3. Disconnect an air hose from the sensor.
	4. Release fixing clips of a cover.

5. Disconnect the socket of connection and uncover also the sensor of a stream of air.

6. Disconnect the socket of connection and uncover also the sensor (AAT engine).
	7. Remove a sensor guard.

8. Turn off fixing bolts of the sensor of a stream of air.

Installation

Installation is carried out upside-down removals.

ELECTRONIC CONTROL UNIT

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

	1. Remove the panel of furnish and a casing of the electronic control unit.
	2. Turn off fixing bolts for receiving access to the electronic control unit and remove it, disconnect connection sockets.

Installation

Installation is carried out upside-down removals.

SYSTEM RELAY

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the furnish panel.

2. Turn off the fixing screw, remove a casing and get the relay.

Installation

Installation is carried out upside-down removals.

SWITCHES ON THE COUPLING AND BRAKE PEDAL

Look subsection 9.1.5 and subsection 10.15.

SENSOR OF TEMPERATURE OF FUEL

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Uncover the injecting pump.

2. Turn off fixing screws and remove the sensor.
