3.2.1.12. Head of cylinders

 Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator.

2. Merge oil.

3. Merge cooling liquid.
4. Remove driving belts.
5. Remove plastic covers.
6. Braid nuts and uncover the engine.
7. Establish the N1 piston in VMT.
8. Remove asterisks of a camshaft and the fuel pump.
9. Having unscrewed bolts, remove an internal cover of a gas-distributing belt.
10. Disconnect all hoses from a head of cylinders.
11. Disconnect a head of the fuel pump, disconnect tubes of supply of fuel from injectors and a tube of return of fuel from the fuel pump. Disconnect wires from elements of fuel system.
12. Disconnect a wire from the sensor of temperature of cooling liquid.
13. Disconnect an exhaust pipe and a turbonagnetatel from a collector. Remove the valve of adjustment of exhaust gases. Disconnect a wire from N4 candle.
14. Unscrew head bolts in sequence, return sequence of a tightening.

15. Remove a head of cylinders.
16. Unscrew bolts and remove an inlet collector.
17. Remove heatisolating guard and braid nuts of a final collector. Remove a collector.

Installation

Installation is carried out upside-down removals.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish new laying of a final collector.
2. Establish a final collector and tighten bolts.
3. Establish new laying of an inlet collector.
4. Establish a collector.
5. Tighten bolts.
6. Carefully clean all surfaces and openings of elements of a head.
7. Use two old bolts of a head (are specified by shooters) as adjusting pins.
8. Oil new bolts of a head.
9. Tighten head bolts in the specified sequence.
10. Tighten bolts till the demanded moment of an inhaling.
11. Hold on bolts on a demanded corner.
