3.1.1.3. Sinkhronizatsionnye of a gazoraspredeleniye label

GENERAL INFORMATION

Asterisks of a cranked shaft, camshaft and intermediate shaft have a drive from a gas-distributing belt and rotate inphase.

If phase synchronism of rotation of asterisks is broken, valves will concern pistons during rotation of a cranked shaft.

The highest point of which reaches the N1 piston at the moment of a compression step is accepted to the top dead point.
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Combining sinkhronizatsionny labels, establish the N1 piston in VMT for ensuring phase synchronism of rotation of asterisks.
2. To establish the N1 piston in VMT, remove the top cover of the engine.
3. Uncover the distributor and note the provision of a wire of the N1 cylinder.
4. Unscrew all candles.
5. Turn a cranked shaft clockwise and define, when the piston will make a compression step.
6. Continue to turn a cranked shaft while sinkhronizatsionny labels of an asterisk of a camshaft and a flywheel will not be combined with labels corresponding to them on a cover of a belt and a transmission.
