GENERAL INFORMATION

SENSOR OF THE STREAM OF AIR (MOTRONIC 3.2)

Arrangement of the sensor of a stream of air (ADR engine)

On the ADR engine the sensor of a stream of air is established on the top cover of the air filter.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Uncover.
2. Disconnect an air branch pipe from the sensor (ADR engine).
3. Disconnect the socket of connection of the sensor (ADR engine).
4. Turn off fixing screws and remove the sensor.

Installation

Installation is carried out upside-down removals.

Removal


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Mark fuel tubes and disconnect them from the fuel distributor.
2. Remove an airintaking branch pipe.
3. Turn off fixing bolts and remove the sensor.

Installation

Installation is carried out upside-down removals.

POTENTIOMETER OF THE BUTTERFLY VALVE (MOTRONIC 3.2) OR SENSOR OF PROVISION OF THE BUTTERFLY VALVE (KE MOTRONIC/JETRONIC)

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the connection socket.
2. Turn off fixing screws and remove a potentiometer or the sensor.

Installation

Installation is carried out upside-down removals.

THE AIR TEMPERATURE SENSOR IN THE INLET COLLECTOR (MOTRONIC 3.2)

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the connection socket.
2. Turn off fixing bolts and remove
sensor.

Installation

Installation is carried out upside-down removals.

MODULE OF POSITIONING OF THE BUTTERFLY VALVE (MOTRONIC 3.2)

Removal and installation of the module are carried out similar to a butterfly valve potentiometer.

SENSOR OF SPEED OF MOVEMENT OF THE CAR (MOTRONIC 3.2)

The sensor is established in the speedometer block, and for its replacement it is necessary to replace a speedometer.

THE SENSOR OF TEMPERATURE OF COOLING LIQUID (ALL SYSTEMS)

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Merge approximately the one fourth part of cooling liquid from the engine.
2. Disconnect the socket of connection of the corresponding sensor and unscrew it from a nest.

Installation

Installation is carried out upside-down removals.

SENSOR OF SPEED OF OPERATION OF THE ENGINE (ALL SYSTEMS)

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the socket of connection of the sensor.
2. Turn off a fixing bolt and remove the sensor.

Installation

Installation is carried out upside-down removals.

BUTTERFLY VALVE CASE (ALL SYSTEMS)

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect an accelerator rope.
2. Disconnect connection sockets, vacuum and air hoses.
3. Turn off fixing bolts and remove the butterfly valve case.

Installation

Installation is carried out upside-down removals.

INJECTORS AND FUEL COLLECTOR (MOTRONIC 3.2)

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a vacuum hose, fuel tubes and hoses from the fuel
collector.
2. Disconnect sockets of connection of injectors and the Hall sensor.
3. Turn off fixing bolts and remove a fuel collector.

Installation

Installation is carried out upside-down removals.

REGULATOR OF PRESSURE OF FUEL (MOTRONIC 3.2)

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a vacuum hose from a regulator.
2. Remove a fixing clip and remove a regulator from a fuel collector.

Installation

Installation is carried out upside-down removals.

SENSOR OF THE HALL (MOTRONIC 3.2)

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the socket of connection of the sensor.
2. Turn off fixing bolts and remove the sensor.

OXYGEN SENSOR (ALL SYSTEMS)

Removal

Disconnect the socket of connection of the sensor and unscrew the sensor from a final collector.

ELECTRONIC CONTROL UNIT

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove furnish panels.
2. Turn off fixing screws and remove casings of the electronic control unit.
3. Turn off fixing screws and remove the electronic control unit, having disconnected the connection socket.

Installation

Installation is carried out upside-down removals.

FUEL INJECTORS (КЕ)

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect sockets of connection of injectors.
2. Remove cooling branch pipe if it is necessary.
3. Remove a fuel collector (if it is necessary), turn off nuts of connections and disconnect fuel tubes.
4. Remove injectors.

Installation

Installation is carried out upside-down removals.
