Removal

Identification openings of laying of a head of cylinders (AAT)

Adjusting probes (AAT)


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator.
2. Remove plastic covers.
3. Unscrew nuts.
4. Uncover.
5. Merge engine oil and cooling liquid.
6. Disconnect all hoses from a head.
7. Remove an additional driving belt.
8. Remove a natyazhitel of a gas-distributing belt and a camshaft asterisk.
9. Unscrew short bolts.
10. Unscrew long bolts.
11. Uncover a gas-distributing belt.
12. Uncover a camshaft and a driving belt of the fuel pump.
13. Disconnect fuel tubes from injectors.
14. Disconnect from a head all wires disturbing to its removal.
15. Remove a turbonagnetatel, disconnect an exhaust pipe from a turbonagnetatel.
16. Disconnect an exhaust pipe from a final collector.
17. Remove inlet and final collectors.
18. Unscrew bolts.
19. Disconnect ventilating hoses.
20. Remove the vacuum pump of brake system.
21. Get the piston from a head of cylinders (AAT).
22. Remove a sealing ring.
23. Unscrew head bolts in sequence of return sequence of a tightening (see fig. Sequence of a tightening of bolts of a head of cylinders).
24. Remove a head (AAT).
25. Remove head laying.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Not to damage a natyazhitel of a belt of the fuel pump and a branch pipe of a hose of cooling liquid, it is recommended to remove them from a head.
2. Remove a natyazhitel (AAT).
3. Unscrew bolts.
4. Remove a branch pipe (AAT).
5. Carefully clean all surfaces and openings of elements of a head.

Installation

Sequence of a tightening of bolts of a head of cylinders

Installation of a head is carried out upside-down removals, thus do not forget to establish new laying of a head and to replace old bolts.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish new laying of a head (AAT).
2. After installation of a head get adjusting probes.
3. Tighten bolts till the demanded moment of an inhaling.
4. Hold on bolts on a demanded corner.
