3.1.2.13. Flywheel

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. In models with a mechanical transmission remove a transmission and coupling.
2. In models with an automatic box remove a transmission.
3. Unscrew flywheel bolts, previously having stopped it.
4. Remove a flywheel.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check a flywheel on existence of wear and damages. At detection of those, address to the expert.
2. If you establish a new flywheel, on it there is only a label for N1 piston installation in VMT. It will be necessary for you to put on it a label for installation of a corner of an advancing of ignition (and = 36,5 mm).
3. Examine the needle bearing of a cranked shaft.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Installation is carried out upside-down removals. Measure distance between a back surface of the block of cylinders and the surface of a leading disk which is joining to the hydrotransformer (21,3–22,9 mm).
