3.1.3.6. Check of directing valves

GENERAL INFORMATION

At repair of engines with leaky valves there are not enough valves only дообработать or to replace. Besides urgently it is necessary to check directing valves on wear. Check for engines with long service life is especially important. If too big, it is necessary or to replace wear directing valves (only in a workshop) or to replace a head of cylinders.

Deposit deposits on directing valves remove by means of development for cleaning.

Insert the new valve. The end face of a core of the valve should not leave from directing.

Prevention

Owing to various diameters of cores use inlet valves only in inlet directing, and final valves – only in final.

By the indicator of linear moving measure value of moving of a plate of the valve at its kachaniye.

Limit of wear: directing the inlet valve – 1,0 mm, directing the final valve – 1,3 mm.

At bigger value of moving replace directing valves in a workshop.
