Connections of vacuum pipelines (the 6-cylinder engine in capacity of 174 hp)

1. Separate the shtekerny socket of the oxygen sensor. The Shtekerny socket is strengthened at a forward wall of a cabin. the 6-cylinder engine has 2 oxygen sensors. Respectively there are 4 shtekerny sockets: 2 for heating of sensors and 2 for signals. Sockets for heating of oxygen sensors black also are located by Shtekernye at the left and on the right at the shtekerny panel of a forward wall. Shtekernye sockets for signals of sensors are slightly below the shtekerny panel, near black shtekerny sockets.
2. All pulling together collars dismiss, thus mark the provision of collars by a felt-tip pen.
3. Turn out the oxygen sensor from a branch pipe of the fulfilled gases.


1. A carving of the oxygen sensor grease with assembly G5 paste.

Cмазка should not reach sides on the case of the oxygen sensor.

2. Insert the oxygen sensor and tighten the moment of 50 Nanometers.
3. Connect shtekerny sockets of chains of heating and a signal.
4. Electric wires fix coupling collars. Pay attention to that coupling collars were established on the same place where they were before removal. It is necessary to avoid a contact of wires with final system.
