2.1.41. Replacement of cooling liquid

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a cap of a broad tank.
2. Turn off a drain cap on a radiator and merge cooling liquid.
3. Disconnect water hoses from a thermostat or oven casing and merge cooling liquid from the engine.

Washing of system of cooling

If the system of cooling got littered, it is necessary for washing out.

Radiator washing
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect all hoses from a radiator.
2. Insert a water hose into the top branch pipe of a radiator and wash out it pure water or clearing solution.

Engine washing

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the thermostat and temporarily establish a thermostat cover into place.
2. Insert a water hose into the top hose of a radiator and wash out the engine pure water.

The gulf of cooling liquid

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check a condition of all a hose and collars of system of cooling.
2. Remove a cap of a broad tank and slowly fill in cooling liquid to a mark the MOVE on a tank.
3. Twirl a tank cap.
4. Start the engine and warm up it to normal working temperature.
5. Muffle the engine, wait, while it will cool down, and check level of cooling liquid.

COOLING LIQUID WITH THE CONTENT OF ANTIFREEZE

Regularly replace cooling liquid with the content of antifreeze as over time antifreeze loses the anticorrosive qualities.
