11.6.2. Steering column


1. Remove a steering wheel.
2. Remove a cover, turn off fixing nuts and remove wires of the combined switches.
3. Remove an instrument guard and the shelf.
4. Disconnect the connection socket (it is specified by an arrow) from the switch of the lock of ignition and remove wires from a steering column.
5. Unbend the panel of furnish and mark the provision of installation of the universal hinge of a steering column in relation to a shaft of the steering mechanism. Then turn off a coupling bolt (it is specified by an arrow) and a nut.
6. Turn off a fixing bolt of a casing of the lock of ignition.
7. Turn off nuts and remove fixing bolts of a steering column (are specified by shooters). Remove a steering column.
8. Remove a casing, turn off nuts of the top fastening (two nuts are specified by shooters) and remove a rack from the car.


Installation is carried out upside-down removals.
