11.4.4. Bottom lever of a forward suspension bracket

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the stabilizer of cross-section stability.
2. Remove the corresponding forward wheel.
3. Turn off a nut and remove a bolt of fastening of the lever to a suspension bracket rack.
	4. Turn off and remove an internal fixing bolt of the lever.
5. Remove the lever from the car.

Repair

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Clear the lever and examine it on existence of cracks, deformation or damages. If the lever or the spherical hinge is damaged, it is necessary to replace the lever.
	2. For replacement of the plug of internal fastening it is necessary to use a hydraulic press and a set of washers. At replacement of the plug of fastening establish the new plug so that and = to 4,5 ± 0,8 mm.

Installation

Installation is carried out upside-down removals.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Tighten fixing nuts till the demanded moment of an inhaling. Check correctness of installation of a washer (it is specified by an arrow) a bolt of internal fastening and tighten a fixing bolt till the demanded moment of an inhaling.
