9.2.4. Removal and MKPP installation

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift and fix a forward part of the car.
2. Remove the bottom panels of the engine.
3. Disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator.
4. Disconnect wires from the switch of fires of lamps of a backing, a speedometer and the multipurpose switch.
5. In 5 cylinder engines unscrew the bolts, fixing a jet bar.
6. Unscrew the bolts, transmissions fixing the top part to the engine.
7. Fix the engine on the lift.
8. Remove a cross-piece from under a back part of a transmission.
9. Remove forward section of an exhaust pipe.
10. Remove a starter
11. Disconnect the gear shifting lever from a switching rod.
12. Disconnect shaft from leading flanges.
13. Remove the working cylinder of coupling, but do not disconnect a hose.
14. Establish a jack under a transmission.
15. Unscrew bolts.
16. Unscrew the bolts, transmissions fixing the lower part to the engine.
17. Disconnect a transmission from the engine and lower it.
18. If necessary remove back support of a transmission. The arrow specified an adjusting pin of a back support of a transmission.

Installation

Installation is carried out upside-down removals.
