TRANSMISSION 012

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Lift and fix a forward part of the car.
2. Establish the gear shifting lever in neutral situation. Remove the lever handle, a frame and a cover.
3. Remove a cross-piece from under a transmission.
4. Lower a forward part of the thermal screen. Remove forward section of an exhaust pipe and the catalytic converter.
	5. Weaken an adjusting bolt on the switching mechanism.
	6. Establish the gear shifting lever in vertical situation. Center by means of a ruler (012).
	7. From both parties there should be an identical distance (and).
8. Check, that the switching rod was in neutral situation, and tighten an adjusting bolt.
9. Check operation of the lever of gear shifting.
10. Establish the remained details and lower the car.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Include the 2nd transfer and shift the gear shifting lever to the left against the stop. Release the lever, it should be displaced on 3–9 mm in neutral situation. Check operation of the lever of gear shifting.
2. For carrying out adjustment of the mechanism of gear shifting address to experts.
