Prevention
At measurement axial люфта the provorachivaniye of the crankshaft is not allowed.
The lock plate 3 is subject to obligatory replacement.
Laying 4 is subject to obligatory replacement.
Covers of radical bearings 6: the cover of the first bearing settles down from a crankshaft pulley. Pay attention to the displaced arrangement of a bed under the loose leaf of the bearing and inflow of bolts of fastening.
At installation of persistent half rings of covers of radical bearings 8 pay attention to orientation of rings.
The top loose leaves of radical bearings 9 establish together with persistent half rings.
The bottom loose leaves of radical bearings 10 are not interchangeable.
Epiploon 13 выпрессовывайте by means of the adaptation 320 3. Before installation slightly grease working and external edges. Establish by means of opravka from 2080 A.Zapressovyvayte's set against the stop an opravka from a set 2080 And.
At installation of the oil pump 16 watch the correct landing to the crankshaft.
Laying 17 and 18 is subject to obligatory replacement.
Epiploon 20 remove by means of a prisposobeleniye 2086. At installation do not grease, as from ремкомплекта greasing is put on an epiploon in advance. Establish by means of the adaptation which is a part ремкомплекта. Remove the adaptation and press an opravka 2003/1 against the stop.
Before removal of a flywheel 22 put oriyentatsionny labels in relation to the crankshaft.
Bolt 25 tighten with the moment of 350 N of m and tighten on 1/4 turns (90 °).
Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Remove pistons and rods. |

2. Check a free wheeling of a shaft by means of the special measuring tool or by means of measuring щупов. |

3. Covers of radical bearings should be numbered. |
|
4. Weaken bolts of covers of radical bearings. |
|
5. Get bolts. |
|
6. Remove a cranked shaft. |
7. Remove loose leaves from the block of cylinders and remove half rings of the central bearing. |

PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Clear a cranked shaft solvent and dry up it the compressed air. |
2. Examine bearings of a cranked shaft on existence of wear tracks, scratches, corrosion or cracks. Rub a copper coin on the bearing. If the bearing erases copper, means, its surface is too rough, and it is necessary for processing. |
3. Examine a cranked shaft on existence of cracks or other damages. |

4. Measure diameters of necks of radical and shatunny bearings. |
5. Check necks of bearings on a konusnost and ovality. |
6. Check necks of epiploons of a cranked shaft on existence of wear tracks or damages. If epiploons wiped flutes on necks, new epiploons will pass oil. |
7. Measure shaft palpation. |
